Sarasota Real Estate Stats Continue to Improve

Showing excellent sales and pending sales numbers, the Sarasota real estate market continues to improve. The Sarasota Association of Realtors released April sales today and they were even better than March sales. With 757 sales, the market recorded the highest total in almost 5 years.
